The man in the photo is wanted for sexual assault, Toronto police say.

Toronto police have released images of a suspect accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Union Station on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the suspect was loitering on the downtown Toronto transit station’s concourse level shortly before 3 p.m., when, at some point, he walked directly towards a woman.

He then sexually assaulted her before fleeing, police allege.

The suspect has been identified as 40-year-old Neil George Cullum of Toronto. He is wanted for sexual assault, failure to comply with a release order and four counts of failure to comply with probation.

He is described as being between five-foot-five and five-foot-nine with a medium build and salt-and-pepper-coloured beard. He was last seen wearing an off-white sweater with a large stain on the front, a black hoodie, black pants and dark runners with white soles.

Police said Cullum was carrying a red reusable bag.
