A man in his 50s has been struck and critically injured by a vehicle in North York.
Emergency services responded to a collision at the intersection of Pinebrook Avenue and Bartley Drive, west of Victoria Park Avenue, around 8:21 p.m.
Toronto paramedics told CP24 that they transported the victim to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and it does not appear that they were impaired.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
