Have your umbrella on standby, as the weekend is likely to bring a mix of sun, showers and clouds.
According to Environment Canada, temperatures this afternoon are expected to reach a high of 10 C, with a mix of sun and clouds and a 30 per cent chance of showers. Easterly winds are expected to gust up to 20 km/h.
In the evening, cloudy weather and 5 to 10 mm of rain is expected and temperatures are expected to reach a low of 5 C.
On Saturday, there is a 40 per cent chance of showers throughout the day, with about 5 to 10 mm of rain expected. Skies will likely remain cloudy, with a high of 9 C. Easterly winds up to 30 km/h are also expected during the day.
According to CP24 Meteorologist Bill Coulter says “Saturday looks like it will be rainy and windy in the morning. Showers linger into the early afternoon and then cloud holds on through evening.”
Overnight, temperatures are expected to drop to near freezing at 3 C accompanied by cloudy skies.
Warmer weather is expected to return, with Sunday bringing sunshine and a high of 17 C. Skies are expected to clear overnight, with a low of 5 C.
“Sunday dries out again with more comfortable temps. Monday promised bright skies, light winds and seasonably warm temps`, according to Coulter.
