Toronto police say they’re investigating after shots were fired at a McDonald’s location in Scarborough Monday night, as a search for a group of masked suspects continues.
Officers were called to the fast-food restaurant at Eglinton Avenue East and McCowan Road for reports of a shooting.
When they arrived, they found evidence of gunfire. No injuries were reported.
One of the restaurant’s front windows were damaged and evidence markers were seen on the ground in front of the establishment.

Police said the suspects involved are males, all of whom were wearing black clothing and masks.
They were seen fleeing the scene in a light-coloured vehicle.
It’s unclear what may have motivated the shooting.
