Parts of the eastbound lanes on Highway 403 in Mississauga are closed following a collision involving a dump truck on Friday morning.

Parts of the eastbound lanes on Highway 403 in Mississauga have reopened following a lengthy closure due to a collision involving a dump truck on Friday morning.

Police say a truck hit the overpass at Hurontario Street at around 11:20 a.m.

Footage from the scene appears to show a grey truck bed lodged almost vertically underneath the overpass.

There are no reported injuries.

The highway reopened shortly before 7 p.m.
