A woman and a child have been taken to the hospital after a collision in Richmond Hill on Thursday night.
York Regional Police said a call came in shortly before 8 p.m. for a cyclist struck in the area of Elgin Mills Road East and Redstone Road, west of Leslie Street.
There is no word on the condition of the woman and the child.
Police have not released further details about what transpired.
They say the westbound lanes through the intersection are closed for investigation.
