A woman was rushed to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Toronto’s west end early Saturday morning.
Toronto police say officers were called to the area of Ossington Avenue and Bloor Street West at approximately 2:47 a.m. for reports of a pedestrian who was struck.
Police said the driver remained at the scene.

The pedestrian was transported to hospital via emergency run. Police later said her injuries were deemed non-life-threatening, although paramedics initially described them as serious and life-threatening.
The investigation is ongoing.
