A male is dead after a vehicle struck a parked truck in Etobicoke on Monday evening, Toronto police say.
Emergency services responded to the area of Shorncliffe Road and Bramshott Road, near the intersection of Dundas Street West and Shaver Avenue South, just after 6:30 p.m. following reports of a collision.
Investigators said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
Police say the circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
Motorists in the area should expect road closures.
