We may be weeks away from the official start of summer, but the forecast this week we are already starting to see “weather peaks and patterns that scream summer,” CP24 Meteorologist Bill Coulter says.
Environment Canada is calling for a high of 25 C on Tuesday, 27 C on Wednesday, and 29 C on Thursday.
The average daytime high for this time of year is about 22 C.
“The work week is starting off with sunshine and seasonable temps. The dry weather will hold through Friday with warming temperatures and building humidity by the end of the work week,” Coulter said.
“Much needed rain will return for the weekend. Not great news for weekend warriors, but your lawns and gardens will be grateful.”
The national weather agency says Toronto will see daytime highs of 27 C on Friday and 25 C on both Saturday and Sunday.
