A woman in her 20s was injured after being struck by a vehicle while riding a bicycle in Little Italy on Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the collision happened shortly after 3 p.m. near Harbord Street and Grace Street.
When officers arrived, they located a female cyclist in her 20s suffering from injuries.
Toronto paramedics assessed the victim at the scene and say the extent of her injuries is believed to be serious but non-life-threatening.
Police say the driver remained at the scene.
Road closures are expected in the area while investigators continue to work at the scene.
