A Toronto man who claims to be a counsellor, homeopath life coach and astrologer is accused of sexually assaulting his clients.
Toronto police said the man advertised his services online. He also claimed to be an “energy healer” and a masseuse.
The alleged sexual assaults occurred while he was providing the services between Jan. 2018 and Dec. 2024, police said.
He has been identified as 57-year-old Jai Veer Etvaru. Police said he may also be known as Jai Mangal Krishnanad.
He has been charged with sexual interference, sexual exploitation and four counts of sexual assault.
Police have released his image as they believe there may be more victims.
