The westbound collector lanes of Highway 401 are now open in Scarborough following a collision on Friday morning.
The collision occurred near McCowan Road.
“This vehicle did a total 360,” Traffic Specialist Meital Sperling said.
The issue snarled traffic for the better part of an hour but all lanes have since reopened.
