The westbound collector lanes of Highway 401 near Meadowvale Road have reopened after being closed Saturday afternoon for a police investigation.
The highway was closed shortly after 2:10 p.m. The ramp from Port Union Road to the westbound Highway 401 was also blocked as a result.
At 4:15 p.m., police said the highway reopened.
They noted that the investigation was a “non-criminal” incident.
