Toronto man wanted in west-end sexual assault investigation turns himself in to police

A Toronto man who allegedly committed several criminal offences against a victim over almost a year has turned himself in.

Toronto police say the offences occurred near Jane and Foxwell streets, just north of St. Clair Avenue West, between October 2025 and June 2026.

They said the suspect and victim knew each other.

Pablo Ramirez Martinez, 32, has been charged with 16 offences including sexual assault, assault, and forcible confinement. A full list of charges can be found here.
