Toronto police search for B.C. man wanted for harassment

Toronto police are searching for a B.C. man accused of harassing one person repeatedly.

Police said they were contacted on May 26 for a criminal harassment in the area of Bay Street and Gerrard Street West.

“The suspect made repeated attempts to contact the victim,” police allege.

They identified the suspect as 23-year-old Alexander Sokolov from Vancouver, B.C.

He is wanted for criminal harassment and breach of probation.

Sokolov is described as five-foot-10 with a medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes and facial hair. He was last seen wearing blue pants and a brown jacket.
