A multi-vehicle crash in Scarborough left at least six people injured early Sunday morning, including one person with serious injuries.
Emergency crews say they were called to Lawrence Avenue East, just east of McCowan Road, shortly before 4 a.m. following reports of a crash involving multiple vehicles and numerous patients.
Toronto paramedics tell CP24 six people were assessed at the scene.

Three were transported to hospital, including one person who was taken to a trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Two others were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say it appears three to four vehicles were involved in the collision.

Lawrence Avenue East remains closed at McCowan Road while investigators examine the scene.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
