A nine-year-old girl has been taken to hospital following a collision in Etobicoke on Friday night.
It happened in the area of Steeles Avenue West and Islington Avenue shortly after 6 p.m., after police received reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
The girl was taken to hospital by paramedics with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver remained at the scene following the collision.
