A 13-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after being struck by an LRT on Line 6 in North York.

Toronto police say the incident hap

pened at 3:19 p.m. near Finch Avenue West and Driftwood Avenue.

Toronto Paramedic Services say they transported the boy to hospital with minor injuries.

Service on Line 6 Finch West is suspended between Finch West and Norfinch–Oakdale stations following the incident. Shuttle buses are running according to the TTC.

Driftwood Avenue is closed in both directions north of Finch Avenue West.
