The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) says it seized more than 15 kilograms of cocaine from a traveller at Toronto Pearson International Airport earlier this month.

On June 10, border services officers seized the drugs from a traveller arriving from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, according to the CBSA.

The individual was arrested and turned over to the custody of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police along with the seized drugs.

The CBSA did not provide further details on how the cocaine was detected or seized.
