EB Hwy. 401 collector lanes are blocked in Scarborough following a crash.

The eastbound collector lanes of Highway 401 have reopened in Scarborough this morning following a crash.

The collision shut down all collector lanes at Kennedy Road.

The highway reopened at around 9 a.m.
