Man rushed to hospital after stabbing in downtown Toronto

A man has been rushed to hospital after a stabbing in east downtown Toronto on Wednesday afternoon.

It happened at around 3:44 p.m. in the area of Sherbourne and Dundas streets.

Police say the man was rushed to hospital via a trauma run with serious non-life-threatening injuries.

A suspect has been arrested and anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
