One person suffered life-threatening injuries following a stabbing in North York early Thursday morning.
Paramedics say they were called to Plunkett Road, near Islington and Steeles avenues, shortly after 1:15 a.m. for reports of a stabbing.
In an email to CP24, paramedics said an adult was found with serious, life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital.
A 28-year-old woman was arrested a short time later, police said.
The victim and the accused are known to each other, according to investigators, and there is “no known threat the public safety,” police say.
