2 people taken to hospital following collision between SUV and motorcycle

Two people have been seriously injured in a collision between a motorcycle and an SUV in the city’s Fairbank neighbourhood.

Toronto police say a call came in at 8:21 p.m. for a collision in the area of Eglinton Avenue West and Ennerdale Road, west of Dufferin Street.

A man and a woman in their 20s riding the motorcycle have been taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police say.

The driver of the SUV remained at the scene, police say.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
