Police are searching for a woman after a road rage altercation involving two drivers on Hwy. 427 Thursday morning.
It happened at around 9:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Hwy. 427 between Bloor and Dundas.
According to OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt, two drivers exited their vehicles and became involved in a physical altercation, “throwing fists and throwing punches,” before leaving the area.
Witnesses then reportedly informed police, who located one of the drivers involved but say they are now searching for a woman wanted in connection to the incident.
She is being described by police as approximately 35 years old, 5-foot-7, 175 pounds and said to be of Jamaican descent. She was last seen wearing a light blue shirt with blue jeans, driving a light blue Volkswagen, with Jamaican boxing gloves hanging from the rearview window.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Toronto OPP division.
