Two Toronto men face a number of charges after being arrested in a sexual assault investigation.
Toronto police said the alleged incident took place in the area of Bloor Street West and St. George Street.
They alleged that on July 2, at around 4 a.m., the pair met two adult female victims near King Street West and Portland Street.
Police say the victims were convinced to go to a house near Bloor and St. George, where they were allegedly assaulted.
As a result of the investigation, Kiya Sayeed, 23, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
- Assault / Choking
- two counts of Secretly Observe / Record Person for a Sexual Purpose
- two counts of Sexual Assault
- Sexual Assault as a Party to Offence with any other person
Farid Mir, 24, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
- Secretly Observe / Record Person for a Sexual Purpose
- Sexual Assault
- Sexual Assault as a Party to Offence with any other person
