Motorcyclist seriously injured in west-end collision involving a TTC bus

A motorcyclist is in the hospital following an Aug. 3 collision involving a TTC bus near Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue.

A motorcyclist is in the hospital following a collision involving a TTC bus in Toronto’s west end on Monday afternoon.

The crash happened near Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue.

Toronto police said they were called to that area just before 3 p.m. for reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and TTC bus.

Investigators say a male motorcyclist was transported to the hospital by paramedics via trauma run.

Toronto Paramedic Services confirm that they transported one person to the hospital in serious, but non-life-threatening, condition.

Police later described the motorcyclist’s injuries as non-life-threatening.

Traffic delays are possible in the area, they added.
