Shots fired in Scarborough, no injuries reported: police

Police say evidence of gunfire was found at the scene of a home near Birchmount and St Clair., but no injuries were reported.

Toronto police are investigating after shots were fired in Scarborough early Monday morning.

Officers were called to the area of Birchmount Road and St. Clair Avenue East at 2:34 a.m. for reports of a firearm discharge.

Evidence of gunfire was located at the scene and a home in the area was damaged. No injuries have been reported.

Toronto police day no suspect description is currently available.
