Two people are facing charges after a handful of local provincial police detachments executed a search warrant.

On July 10, OPP Street Crime Units from Muskoka, Southern Georgian Bay, Orillia and Bracebridge joined force to execute a warrant in Gravenhurst.

Authorities made their way into a Bethune Drive South apartment and arrested a 38-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man.

The woman, a Gravenhurst resident, was charged with possession of a schedule I substance (cocaine) for the purpose of trafficking.

The man, from Etobicoke, was charged with possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000.
