Homicide detectives will be providing an update Wednesday on the death of a man who was stabbed outside a pool hall in downtown Hamilton last weekend.
According to police, 21-year-old Zenin Roussel was at King Street Billiard and Sports Bar on King Street West, near Paradise Road South, when a fight broke out after the bar closed at around 2:30 a.m.
Police said the victim was found by a cab driver on Main Street, near Frid Street.
Roussel, who has sustained stab wounds, was rushed to hospital but later died from his injuries.
Police have not said if any arrests have been made in the case.
Investigators are expected to provide more details of the homicide probe at a news conference at 11:30 a.m.
