Man stabbed at plaza in Toronto’s west end, suspect(s) fled area

A man is in hospital following a stabbing in Toronto’s west end on Friday night.

It occurred at a plaza near Rogers Road and Keele Street, near Old Weston Road.

Toronto police said they were called to that area just after 11:20 p.m. for reports of a stabbing.

At the scene, officers found a male victim in his 30s who had been stabbed.

He was transported to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries, paramedics said.

Police said they do not have any suspect descriptions currently available.

The investigation is ongoing.
