A man has died following an incident in Toronto’s east end early Thursday afternoon.
Toronto police say just before 12:30 p.m. they were called to the Riverdale neighbourhood, near Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East, for reports of unknown trouble.
There, police say an adult male was found with what they’re describing as serious injuries.
Toronto Paramedic Services said that they transported an adult male to a local trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
Police later said that an adult man has been pronounced deceased following a “non-criminal incident.”
There is no threat to public safety.
