The southbound lanes of Highway 427 are closed in Vaughan on Thursday morning following a crash.
Ontario Provincial Police say two vehicles were involved in the crash, which shut down the southbound lanes of the highway between Major Mackenzie Drive and Rutherford Road at around 2:40 a.m.
Police said one person was taken to a local trauma centre for treatment.
It is unclear when the highway will reopen.
