Toronto police are investigating a shooting in North York that left one person injured on Friday afternoon.
Police say they received reports of a shooting in the area of Finch Avenue West and Driftwood Avenue, east of Jane Street, at 3:46 p.m.
Officers arrived and located a male victim with gunshot injuries, police said.
He has been taken to the hospital, and according to Toronto paramedics, his injuries are not life-threatening.
No suspect information has been released.
