A man in his 60s is in hospital with serious injuries after an early-morning stabbing in downtown Toronto.
Officials say officers responded to the call for at around 8 a.m. in the area of Sherbourne Street and Queen Street East.
When officers arrived, they say they found the victim suffering from stab wounds and that he was taken to hospital.
Paramedics tell CP24 that while the injuries are serious, they are not life threatening at this time.
One adult male has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
