A man has been seriously injured in a shooting in Scarborough.
Toronto police say a call came in at 9:21 p.m. for a shooting in the area of Neilson Road and Wickson Trail, north of Sheppard Avenue East.
When officers arrived, police say they found an adult male victim with gunshot injuries.
Toronto paramedics say the victim was taken to the hospital with serious, possibly life-threatening injuries.
Police say they do not have a description of the suspect.
The circumstances that led to the shooting are under investigation.
