Two people have been taken to the hospital after a car crashed into a light pole in Vaughan on Thursday afternoon.
York Regional Police say the single-vehicle collision occurred near Jane Street and Teston Road shortly after 2:15 p.m.
There is no word on the severity of the injuries of the two people in the hospital.
Meanwhile, police say the pole was knocked down as a result of the crash and is currently blocking the road.
Jane Street is closed between Teston Road north to McGown Road.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
