York police have released images of five suspects wanted in connection with the attempted robbery of a business in Vaughan last week.

It happened at around 2:20 p.m. on March 6 in the area of Chrislea Road and Jevlan Drive near Weston Road. Police said they received reports that four “suspicious” males in ski masks were attempting to enter a jewelry store and responded to the area.

The four were unable to get into the business, police said, and fled in a waiting white Nissan Kicks being driven by a fifth person.

Police have released an image of that vehicle with the suspects visible inside.
