York Regional Police are asking for the public’s help following a fatal crash Sunday night that left one person dead and four others injured in East Gwillimbury, Ont.
Police say officers responded around 12:30 a.m. to a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Doane Road and Leslie Street.
Five teens were in the vehicle at the time of the collision, police said in a news release Monday.
One of the teens was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other occupants were taken to hospital with serious injuries and are in stable condition.
Investigators are asking anyone who has not yet spoken with police, including those with dashcam or surveillance footage from the area to come forward.
