York Regional Police have arrested a third suspect wanted in a deadly shooting incident that left two men dead in Vaughan last month.

On May 13, police were called to a home on Kaiser Drive, near the intersection of Martin Grove and Langstaff Roads.

When officers arrived, they located two men who were suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, who were subsequently pronounced.

While police were at the scene, additional officers were sent to Huntington Road and Kirby Road after reports of a blue SUV being abandoned and set ablaze.

Investigators later confirmed the vehicle had been used by the suspects during and after the shooting.

On May 28, police executed a search warrant at a Toronto home and arrested Michele Moscone, a 27-year-old Toronto man. During the search, police say that a loaded firearm was seized as well as materials officers believe can be used to make explosives, including a detonator, a pipe, bolts, and Tannerite.

Moscone has been charged with multiple offences including first-degree murder, making or possessing an explosive substance, and possession of a restricted firearm without holding a licence.

That same day, additional search warrants were carried out at homes in Windsor and Hamilton, resulting in the seizure of three more firearms as well as an extended magazine.

A second man, identified by police as Glen Mousseau, 55, was also charged with accessory after the fact.

On Thursday, police arrested Gerard Murray, 48, of Windsor, in the City of Windsor.

Murray was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and arson causing property damage.

Police said the investigation remains ongoing and anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
