TORONTO - Police say a man, armed with numerous audio and visual recording devices, may have recorded many women using a washroom at a Toronto business.
Investigators say the man would wait in a stall until a victim entered the washroom and then move to a stall next to her.
Police say he would then place a knapsack on the floor with a hidden camera to capture the victim's activities.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30.
A 40-year-old Toronto man was arrested on Tuesday and faces 18 charges related to voyeurism.
Guo Wu is charged with 11 counts of voyeurism and seven counts of mischief.
