Toronto police have charged a 24-year-old man in connection with the sexual assault of a five-year-old girl in North York.
Police allege that the girl was assaulted multiple times while attending a home daycare located on Green Bush Road, in the Yonge Street and Steeles Avenue area.
On Monday, police arrested a man in connection with the case.
The suspect, identified by police as Cyril Gayola, is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and forcible confinement.
He appeared in court on Tuesday.
Police believe there may be more victims.
