One man is dead following a shooting in Scarborough Thursday night, Toronto police have confirmed.
Police say the victim was shot in the Old Finch Avenue and Harvest Moon Drive area at around 8:30 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still working to identify the victim and no information on his age has been provided by police.
A small group of people was seen running from the area around the time of the shooting, police say.
Officers canvassed the area looking for witnesses and anyone with additional information on the circumstances surrounding the incident.
