A suspect photo has been released after a man was held up at gunpoint at an apartment in the city’s Fort York neighbourhood.

It happened Feb. 24. Police were called to an apartment in the Bathurst Street and Fort York Boulevard area at around 11 p.m.

According to police, two strangers entered an apartment and robbed a 20-year-old man while pointing a gun at him.

The thieves made off with the man’s jewelry, cellphone and other personal belongings.

One of the suspects was arrested a short time after the robbery, however police say he is being uncooperative. The second suspect is still at large.

Police released a photo of the second man on Friday in the hope that someone might be able to identify him.

He is described as black, approximately 24 years old, standing five-foot-nine with a thin build. He has brown eyes, a shaved head, a pointy nose and a tattoo on his left hand.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous and advise anyone who spots him to call 911.

The first suspect in the robbery was arrested on March 1.

Reece Korchinski, 22, of Markham has been charged with forcible confinement, two counts of robbery with a firearm, three counts of pointing a firearm, three counts of threatening death and assault with a weapon.
