TORONTO -- Toronto FC midfielder Michael Bradley has been named to the United States national team's 22-man roster on Sunday for an upcoming friendly match against Mexico.

Bradley has started in three matches for Toronto FC this season and was also named to the MLS Team in Week 1. Over the course of his career, he has appeared for the U.S. 95 times and scored 13 goals.

The 27-year-old has produced four goals against Mexico in his international career -- including a double against them in a 2009 World Cup Qualifier.

Bradley served as team captain for his country in its last two matches against Denmark and Switzerland in March.

The U.S. will host Mexico April 15 at Alamodome in San Antonio.
