WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - Antoine Bibeau stopped all 19 shots he faced as the Toronto Marlies blanked the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 3-0 on Friday in American Hockey League action.
Kerby Rychel had a pair of goals for the Marlies (8-2-1) in the first period, while Frederik Gauthier scored his first of the season for the Maple Leafs' farm team.
Toronto has won back-to-back games.
Tristan Jarry made 32 saves for the Penguins (8-2-1), who had a four-game win streak snapped. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton also had an eight-game point streak heading into Friday's game.
Rychel's second goal came on one of the Marlies' six power plays, while the Penguins couldn't score on their three man advantages.
