George Hoff
George Hoff began his journalism career as a radio producer and interviewer in 1973.
During his career George worked at Canada AM, CTV News. At CBC News he worked in Toronto, Washington and Ottawa. Hoff served as Managing Editor of the parliamentary bureau and before that as director of news gathering. In the 1990s Hoff was CBC-TV’s Washington bureau producer covering events throughout the U.S., Central America and South America.
Since 2008 George has produced documentaries for W5.
This is the tenth election George has produced for CP24. He is a Dart fellow. He has taught journalism courses at the University of Toronto and Centennial College.
