Google has rolled out a feature that will let users make free calls from their computer to landlines in Canada and the U.S.
Users will be able to access the "Gmail Calling" feature over the next few days as long as their language settings are set to ‘English – US.' People will also need to download a special plugin.
The feature is similar but not exactly the same as Google Voice, which lets people make calls using their cell phone.
