A woman in her 50s is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle in midtown Toronto Saturday night.
Toronto police say they got a call about a collision in the area of Yonge Street and Bowood Avenue, north of Lawrence Avenue East, at 6:45 p.m.
The woman suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, Toronto paramedics say.
Meanwhile, police say the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
