After nearly a year-long investigation, the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has charged several One Order Motorcycle Club (MC) members, dismantling the gang’s presence in the city.
The investigation was launched in October 2024 in collaboration with RCMP and police said it uncovered criminal activity including firearms trafficking, conspiracy to traffic firearms, extortion, robbery, assaults, and organized crime involvement by the One Order MC and its members.
“This is a group that already has established chapters in eastern parts of our country. They’re a club that identifies themselves as ‘one-percenters,’ and they’re aligned with the Hells Angels,” said EPS Insp. Darren Gordon at Edmonton police headquarters Tuesday. “These are criminal organizations that are associated with trafficking and firearms and drugs to the detriment of the safety of our communities.”
Gordon said the club has chapters in Peel, Ont., Toronto and Halifax.
On Sept. 23, the investigation concluded with Edmonton’s Drug and Gang Enforcement Section leading more than 200 officers from EPS, RCMP, ALERT and B.C. in the execution of 40 search warrants in Alberta and B.C.
Warrants were executed in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan and Alberta Beach, as well as locations in B.C.

Seizures included 19 firearms, numerous prohibited weapons and replica firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, a pair of bullet-proof vests, 50,000 contraband cigarettes, $118,000 in cash, and a steroid manufacturing and pill pressing operation with more than 82,000 pills in Sherwood Park.
There were also coordinated arrests of 18 members of One Order MC and associates, including a full-patched Hells Angels member and an identified firearm supplier. An additional person turned themselves in the following day.
Seven have been formally charged and police say they have all since been released on conditions.
Of the remaining 12 people, 10 are currently facing charges, said EPS.
More charges related to drug production have yet to be laid but police say more criminal organization charges will likely come.
EPS said the investigation provided substantial evidence of One Order MC’s status as a criminal organization under Canadian law, successfully dismantling the group in Edmonton and disrupting a firearms trafficking operation.
“Our investigators have been able to obtain evidence that will support identifying the One Order MC as being a criminal organization under Canadian law,” said Gordon. “We will work with other law enforcement agencies, providing them with information intelligence to assist them in any investigations connected to the One Order MC and firearms trafficking in our country.”
