A magnet game for children ages eight and above has been recalled in Canada for posing an ingestion hazard, Health Canada announced.

Kollide Magnet Game is a dexterity board game using magnets designed for children, the recall notice posted on Thursday said.

The federal agency’s sampling and evaluation program determined that the magnets from the affected lot did not meet the “magnetic force requirements” of the Toys and Regulations.

“Small, powerful magnets can be easily swallowed by children of all ages, posing serious and potentially life-threatening risks,” Health Canada said.

The affected products include the Kollide Magnet Game with lot number 4345460825, with model number KLDE4056EF which can be located on the SKU label.

The company reported that 9,270 affected products were sold in Canada between November 2025 and March 2026.

No other lot of the Kollide game are implicated in this recall, the federal agency said.

“When more than one powerful magnet is swallowed in a short period of time, the magnets can attract one another while moving through the intestines,” the notice added. “This can cause the intestines to twist, creating blockages or tearing of the intestinal walls.”

According to the recall, the company received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada as of March 27.

Customers are advised to “immediately stop using” the recalled product, look at the label for the affected lot number and contact What Do You Meme, LLC with a photo of the lot number and proof of purchase to receive a free replacement.
